Family Beginnings Classes & Groups
Prepared Childbirth
In this class you will learn about normal labor and birth, how your support team can help, what to expect at the hospital and what a newborn is like.
Childbirth Seminar
This is a weekend childbirth class that covers the same information as the six week series.
Welcoming Birth
This is an extra class for couples that are interested in learning more about natural childbirth.
Sibling Class
A fun class for brothers and sisters to be. Parents are asked to attend with their children.
ABC’S of Parenting
This is a series of three classes that will cover basic parenting topics. A: All about babies, B: Bonding and Emotional Development, C: CPR and Safety for infants and children.
Breastfeeding Basics
In this class parents will learn about the breastfeeding process, how to manage typical problems and how to continue breastfeeding when returning to work.
New Mother's Group
This is a weekly support group for any new mother and her baby. The group is led by one of our nurses and is held every Friday at noon.
