ABCs of Parenting
Baby Basics
This class will be helpful for all new parents who are unsure about newborn care. The class will focus on normal newborn care, such as bathing, skin care, how to manage crying, normal sleep for newborns, and basic growth and development. You’ll have a chance to practice skills, ask questions and talk to other expecting parents. Once you’re comfortable with a few basic skills you’ll feel more relaxed and have time to enjoy your new baby.
No Fee for this class.

Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
CPR and Safety
Infant/Child CPR and safety for a new baby/children will be covered. Attendees will complete the American Heart Association CPR for Families and Friends course. Course includes booklet and course completion card.
Fee: $20 per couple or $10 per person
