BLS for Healthcare Providers
BLS for Healthcare Providers:
The American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Course covers core material such as adult and pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillation.
A written evaluation (test) is given and an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card will be issued after successful completion of the course.
A certification card valid for two (2) years will be provided upon successful completion of the course.
- Target Audience: Healthcare providers such as EMS personnel, physician assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses, and respiratory therapists who must have a credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course.
- Cost: $50.00 (includes course & 2 year course certification card)
