The Diabetes Care Center staff offer comprehensive knowledge and experience in diabetes management, pre-diabetes, and diabetes prevention.

 


Our team provides medical care, education, and support for people affected by diabetes while helping them better understand and manage their condition. Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) is an important part of the process.

The goal of the St. Joseph Diabetes Center is to provide you with information that helps you become an active part of your health care team. We work closely with patients’ primary care providers and other specialists to coordinate seamless, comprehensive care.

The St. Joseph Regional Medical Center is recognized as a National Diabetes Education Program by the American Diabetes Association. To qualify for this recognition, the Diabetes Center has met rigorous standards established by the American Diabetes Association.
