St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Welcomes Nicole Triplett as Associate Administrator for Medical Group Services

St. Joseph Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Triplett, MBA, as associate administrator for Medical Group Services.

A longtime LC Valley resident and established health care leader within the organization, Triplett brings 23 years of health care operations experience spanning both acute care and outpatient hospital operations. Throughout her career, she has focused on operational excellence, supporting physicians and staff, improving the patient experience and helping health care organizations meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve.

Triplett holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings a strong understanding of the operational complexities of health care, along with a deep personal connection to the LC Valley community.

In her new role, Triplett will continue the work she has already been doing to support medical group providers, clinical teams and organizational leaders while helping advance the continued growth and success of SJRMC’s medical group services. A key focus will be strengthening the support provided to existing providers and staff while continuing to recruit high-quality providers and expand access to services for patients throughout the region.

“My goal is to continue supporting the incredible providers and staff we already have while helping recruit top-notch providers who can bring additional services and expertise to our community,” said Triplett. “As a longtime resident of the LC Valley, I understand how important it is for people to have access to the care they need close to home. We want our community members to have every opportunity to receive exceptional care right here, without having to leave the area to find the services they need.”

Triplett said her commitment to SJRMC is rooted not only in her professional experience, but also in her connection to the community.

“We do great things here at SJRMC, and I am incredibly happy to be part of an organization that is so focused on keeping our community healthy,” she said. “I’m excited about what we can accomplish together and about continuing to build on the strong foundation we already have.”

Ed Freysinger, CEO of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and St. Joseph Regional Medical Group, said Triplett’s new role builds on the leadership and work she is already providing within the organization.

“Nicole has already demonstrated her commitment to our providers, our staff and the communities we serve,” Freysinger said. “This role is a natural extension of the leadership she has already provided. She understands our organization, our medical group and the needs of our community, and she has a proven commitment to supporting our teams and improving access to care. We are excited to have her continue this important work in an expanded leadership role.”

In her new position, Triplett will continue to advance SJRMC’s efforts to provide accessible, high-quality health care while supporting the physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and staff who serve patients across the LC Valley and surrounding communities.
