In celebration of National Hospital Week 2020, Tri-State Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center are joining forces to show support to the communities’ healthcare heroes. National Hospital Week 2020 highlights hospitals, health systems, and healthcare workers, and the innovative ways they are supporting the needs of community members during this pandemic.

“This Hospital Week, we would like to thank all of the individuals – providers, food service workers, volunteers, administrators, and so many more – for being committed to the health and well-being of our great community,” said Don Wee, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Tri-State Memorial Hospital. “We are honored that the community is coming together to show their support through COVID-19.”

“The pivotal role healthcare workers play in the well-being of society is clearer than ever,” said Tim Trottier, CEO of St. Joseph. “We proudly join Tri-State and our community to honor all our local heroes during National Hospital Week and commend their efforts to serve others.”

The public is invited to decorate their cars, honk their horns, and cheer on hospital workers to celebrate the efforts of our local healthcare providers on Thursday, May 14. The car lineup will begin at 11:15 a.m., and commence at noon. The event will begin east of the Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical campus in Clarkston and pass by Tri-State first and then proceed to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston.
